Billing
How billing works
Simple on purpose: one price, per shop, every month.
- Per active shop, every month.
- You are billed monthly for each active shop in your organization. Add a shop from inside the app and the first charge covers only the days left in your current billing cycle.
- Pay by card when you sign up.
- Payment runs through Stripe. Your account is created the moment payment succeeds, and we email you a link to set your password.
- No contract.
- Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- No free trial.
- If you want to see Ombar working before you decide, book a 15-minute walkthrough and we will show you around.
- 30-day refund window.
- If Ombar does not meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of your first paid invoice and we will review the refund request. The Terms of Service have the details.
