This document is the working draft of Ombar's Data Processing Addendum. It is published transparently so Controllers can review the substantive commitments we are signing up to, but the final wording (in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses, full Annex I population, Annex II technical-measures detail, and audit/sub-processor objection procedure) is still subject to legal review. Where a Controller requires a counter-signed DPA before signing the main agreement, please contact [email protected].
This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between Code Sense Studio OÜ (“Processor,” “we,” “us”) and the dive shop or other business customer (“Controller,” “you”) that has subscribed to the Ombar platform (the “Services”).
This DPA reflects the parties' agreement with respect to the processing of personal data by the Processor on behalf of the Controller, in connection with the Services, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the UK GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws.
In the event of any conflict between this DPA and the main service agreement or terms of service, this DPA will prevail with respect to the processing of personal data. See also our Privacy Policy.
