This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between Code Sense Studio OÜ (“Processor,” “we,” “us”) and the dive shop or other business customer (“Controller,” “you”) that has subscribed to the Ombar platform (the “Services”).
This DPA reflects the parties' agreement with respect to the processing of personal data by the Processor on behalf of the Controller, in connection with the Services, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the UK GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws.
In the event of any conflict between this DPA and the main service agreement or terms of service, this DPA will prevail with respect to the processing of personal data. See also our Privacy Policy.
